This device is warranted
for the operation under normal use and does not
cover the following defects:

and Hologram
b.
Tampering the unit by unauthorized individuals
c.
Any physical damage resulted from careless
transportation
d.
Any damages caused by fire, accident, abuse,
misuse, flood, corrosion, earthquake or other
external causes.
e.
Damage caused by operating the product outside
the permitted or intended uses described by
Shegarf.

number 1 and 2 will be returned to the customers
immediately without any scrutiny.

mentioned in number 3 to 5 will be repaired upon
customer’s request at his own expenses,
otherwise it will be returned to the customer.

users have the option to purchase a guaranty for up
to 2 years, otherwise eventual repairs will be

a. Make sure the LCD Monitor button is turned
on. When the LCD Monitor is turned on the button
should turn blue.
b. Check to see if the monitor cable is plugged
in correctly.
c. Check to see if the monitor cable pins are
bent or broken. If they are please contact After
Sales Support.
d. Check the monitor's contrast.

microphone sensitivity.

The camera does not work. What should I do? |
a. The camera is connected to the LCD monitor
cable. Make sure the cable is plugged in
correctly.
