Warranty void? |
This device is warranted
for the operation under normal use and does not
cover the following defects:

Intentionally tampered or missing Serial numbers
and Hologram
b.
Tampering the unit by unauthorized individuals
c.
Any physical damage resulted from careless
transportation
d.
Any damages caused by fire, accident, abuse,
misuse, flood, corrosion, earthquake or other
external causes.
e.
Damage caused by operating the product outside
the permitted or intended uses described by
Shegarf.

Components having the problem mentioned in
number 1 and 2 will be returned to the customers
immediately without any scrutiny.

Any component having the problem
mentioned in number 3 to 5 will be repaired upon
customer’s request at his own expenses,
otherwise it will be returned to the customer.

At the end of the warranty period,
users have the option to purchase a guaranty for up
to 2 years, otherwise eventual repairs will be
charged to the user’s account.

- Yes, but you have the opportunity of adding a
larger external monitor by standard RGB port.

- Check the power cable, make sure it's
completely plugged in before you turn on the
CloniZER.

The LCD Monitor does not turn on. What
should I do? |
a. Make sure the LCD Monitor button is turned
on. When the LCD Monitor is turned on the button
should turn blue.
b. Check to see if the monitor cable is plugged
in correctly.
c. Check to see if the monitor cable pins are
bent or broken. If they are please contact After
Sales Support.
d. Check the monitor's contrast.

a. The microphone is connected to the LCD
monitor cable. Make sure the cable is plugged

b. In the Clonizer software, go to Tools,
Settings, Preferred Devices, and adjust the
microphone sensitivity.
c. Go to Windows and check the sound card
settings

The camera does not work. What should I do? |
a. The camera is connected to the LCD monitor
cable. Make sure the cable is plugged in
correctly.
b. Go to Clonizer software, Tools, Settings,
Preferred Devices, and make sure the USB camera is
selected.

a. Make sure the telephone wire is plugged in
correctly.
